Some love stories unfold in the most unexpected ways, and for Ariel and Noah, their journey began long before they even knew it. They lived on the same street for nearly a decade, sharing the same neighborhood, yet their paths barely crossed. Their first real meeting was at a bonfire at Noah’s house in 2019, where they exchanged a few words but nothing more. Fate, however, had its plans, and in September 2021, they officially started dating after matching on Hinge. Three years later, they stood under the chuppah, at their celebration at the Barn at Timber Point.

Ariel knew Noah was her person during a vacation in Mexico. One night, they found themselves laughing so hard they couldn’t breathe. It was in that moment of pure, unfiltered joy that Ariel realized just how comfortable she felt with Noah—completely herself, vulnerable yet safe. That was the moment she knew she had found her forever.
A Proposal in the Heart of Switzerland
Noah planned a proposal as magical as their love story. While exploring a picturesque, remote town in Switzerland, they stumbled upon a photographer capturing scenic mountain views. Seizing the opportunity, Noah handed the photographer his phone and asked him to take a couple of photos of them. But before Ariel could process what was happening, Noah got down on one knee and asked her to marry him. Against the backdrop of breathtaking mountains, she said yes to the love of her life.
The Dress That Stole Her Heart
Ariel found her dream dress at Genevieve’s Bridal Boutique in Deer Park. The moment she slipped into the Martina Liana fit-and-flare gown, she felt something different. Unlike the other dresses she had tried, this one had a certain spark—one that was undeniable. When she stepped onto the podium in front of her parents, her dad, through tears, declared, “This is the one.” Her mom agreed, Ariel agreed, and after an emotional moment filled with happy tears, a fake bouquet, and a veil try-on, she knew she had found the dress.
Wedding Dream Come to Life
Ariel wanted their wedding to be a vibrant celebration, filled with color and personality, and that’s exactly what she created. Leaning into a whimsical garden party theme, she infused color into every detail—from the mismatched floral bridesmaid dresses to the vibrant décor throughout the venue. It was a vision come to life, executed perfectly.
The wedding was everything Ariel had dreamed of and more. After months of meticulous planning, every little detail came together beautifully. “I was surprised at how many details people noticed,” Ariel shared. “It was so fun, I didn’t want to leave the dance floor. I had the time of my life (which, fittingly, was also our first dance song) that evening.”
Filled With Anticipation
Ariel and Noah chose to spend the night before the wedding apart—Ariel with her mom at a hotel, sharing one last special night together, and Noah with his brothers and groomsmen, enjoying a relaxed evening of games and laughter. The separation created a sense of anticipation, and by the time the wedding day arrived, Ariel found herself constantly peeking through the draping at the venue, hoping to catch a glimpse of Noah. Just knowing he was nearby brought her a sense of calm amidst the excitement of the day.

Noah is particularly excited to wear his wedding ring, and he’s relieved to finally call Ariel his wife—since he never liked the word fiancé! They are looking forward to building their life together, traveling the world, and, when the time is right, starting a family.
